The Odd Prani, makes available information and materials on the website www.theoddprani.com are subjected to the following terms and conditions (Terms of Use).

Shipping

A Shipping charge of Rs. 50 will be applied if the total cart value at check out is below Rs. 299.

All orders usually gets shipped within 2-4 business days. So you can expect a delivery between 5-10 business days.

Return / Refund / Replacement :

If you receive a damaged product

• Drop us a mail at [email protected] with images of the damaged product within 10 days of receiving the order. We will check and have the product replaced.
• We don’t have a refund policy as of now. So whatever you purchase can only be exchanged and NOT REFUNDED; provided the product is unused with the tags intact, in the original packaging and in resalable condition.

What to do if you don’t like the product?

Drop us a mail at [email protected] and we can get it replaced with another product of your choice.

Please note that the products purchased can be exchanged (unopened / unused without damage and with all the tags intact) within 15 days of receiving the order and please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

Please make sure that the returned product(s) is/are packed well to avoid any damages in transit. The product should be returned in its original state for the exchange to be processed.The exchange will be processed within 5-7 working days.

• Shipping are non-refundable.
• No return / refund / exchange is possible for customised products unless it is damaged.
• Any purchased product can only be exchanged once.

Cancellation :

• Please mail us at [email protected] for cancellation request within 12 hours of placing the order.
• Orders can only be cancelled if it has not been shipped from our warehouse.
• Once shipped, we will not consider cancellation requests.

Refund for the cancelled order :

If the payment was by credit/debit card or net-banking, the money will be refunded to your credit/debit card or net-banking account, respectively. Typically, refunds are processed between 7-10 working days.

Care Instructions

If the product is damaged or affected in any way on account of improper, reckless use, disregard of care instructions provided, we assume no liability for the damage or any shortcomings in the make or quality of the product.

Availability, Product Information, Pricing & Colors

At The Odd Prani, we go out of our way to give you the kind of distinctive merchandise for which our brand “The Odd Prani” is recognized. Please understand that many of our featured items are offered in limited quantities and, because of their limited availability, stock will not and cannot be refreshed.

That means once an item is gone, it may be gone for good and not appear on the website again unless we plan on bringing it back in stock.

When an item featured on www.theoddprani.com is no longer in stock, we make every attempt to remove that item from the website in a timely manner.

Most www.theoddprani.com products displayed on the website are available while supplies last.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, due to monitor discrepancies, we cannot guarantee that your display of color will be accurate.
