ACCOUNT AND ORDERS
To place the order, follow the following steps.
• Browse through our wide range of products until you find something you like. After you’ve chosen what you want, select the relevant size, if applicable. You can check out our size chart for reference.
• Once you’re done, click the ‘Add to Cart’ button
• After you have added all the products, click on the cart icon on the top right. You can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order and click ‘Checkout’.
• From there, you can either login to your existing The Odd Prani account or simply continue as a ‘New User’ and create one.
• Once you’re done, proceed to checkout, confirm your shipping address, and select the desired payment method to confirm your order by clicking ‘Place Order’.
• Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order and your order ID.
• You’ll receive another email once your order is shipped out. All you have to do then is, sit back, relax, and wait for your awesome product(s) to arrive!
• Your orders will be delivered right to your doorstep within 2-7 business days depending on where you live.
• All orders come in fully sealed packages to make sure that all your goods reach you in perfect condition.
• To find out when your order is arriving, you need to first log in to your account. Click on the icon to the left of the cart (located on the top right corner) and enter your details.
• Click on Orders to see the status of your current order (as well as your order history). You can also simply click on ‘Track Order’ on the top right, type in your order ID, and check your order status.
• After your order has been successfully placed, you will immediately receive a confirmation and order details via email. Once your products have been shipped, you will be notified again via email.
• In case there is any unusual event or complication that leads to a delay in shipping your order, you will immediately receive an update from our end- with reasons and the revised shipping and delivery timelines.
• If there are any other issues/ delays that come up, write to us at email@example.com, we will see what we can do to help.
RETURN, EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATIONS
• As of now we don’t offer returns, so be sure of the product before placing the orders.
• We only offer exchange on t-shirts and not on POPsuckIT.
• If you wish to exchange your t-shirt drop a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receiving the order.
• Self-Ship: Since we do not have a reverse pick up facility, we request you to self-ship the product to us. We will credit 1000 Reward points in your account in lieu of the shipping costs.
(Please make sure the cost of the shipping doesn’t exceed 100 rupees.)
• If you wish to know how to self-ship the products just drop us a mail at email@example.com and we will fill you in with the details.
• If you are unhappy with the product you received and wish to exchange it just drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receiving the order.
• The product you wish to exchange should be in the condition it was delivered to you; unused with all the tags intact and in its original packaging if the product was used and not in the original condition it will shipped to you again and the points received in the lieu of self-ship will be deducted from your account.
• You can only exchange your order once. If you exchange an order once it cannot be exchanged again.
• All the products before shipping go through thorough quality check to ensure you only receive the best of the best but in a highly unlikely situation if you do receive a defected product write to us at email@example.com along with pictures of the product and we will get back to you with the further steps.
• Are you unsure about the order you just placed and wish to cancel it?
Don’t worry we got you covered. You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by dropping us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
• Please make sure you mail us within 12 hours of placing an order.
• Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled and can only be exchanged there on after.
•All Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI and wallet transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. Rest assured, your money is safe.
In case there is a failure in payment, please retry and keep the following things in mind:
- Please confirm if the information you’ve provided is correct i.e. account details, billing address, and password etc. asked on the payment checkout page and that your internet connection wasn’t disrupted during the process.
- If your account has been debited even after a payment failure, it is usually reserved back to your bank account within 10 business days. For any further assistance, you can email us at email@example.com and we will love to help you out.
SHIPPING AND TRACKING
• Orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 2-4 business days in metros, and 4-7 business days for the rest of India. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).
• The Odd Prani provides FREE shipping for all orders above Rs.299 in India. A shipping charge of Rs. 50 is payable only on orders below Rs. 299.
• You can track your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. An email will be sent with a link. You can also track it from your account on the website by Selecting ‘Orders’ and then clicking on ‘Track Order’ for the respective Order ID.
• If our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, we will initiate a refund as credit points to your The Odd Prani account which will reflect within 24-48 hours of initiation.
• Returns- As of now we don’t provide returns for any of our products.
• Cancellations- If you wish to cancel your confirmed order you can mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 12 hours of placing the order. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. The amount debited can either be credited to your original bank account within 7-10 days or credited as credit points within 24-48 hours whichever is convenient.
• Defective/ Damaged in transit- All the products before shipping go through thorough quality check to ensure you only receive the best of the best but in a highly unlikely situation if you do receive a defected product write to us at email@example.com along with pictures of the product and we will get back to you with the further steps.
• Wrong/ Missing products – We can either ship out the product(s) (if available in stock) or a refund into the bank account or as credit points as per your convenience.
Points related to cancellation, reverse shipping, and the points earned through making a purchase on the website will be credited to your account as reward points.
The reward points are valid for a year from the date of initiation.
• The minimum you need to redeem the reward points are 250 and maximum are 500.
• These are valid for a year.
• After having enough reward points, you can redeem these points in the checkout page.

No. These are one-time charges and are non-refundable.
You can click on the ‘Forgot Password’ option when logging in, and the password reset link will be sent to you via email.
We only sell online so there is no try-and-buy option available. However, in order to make sure you in pick the right size, we have a size chart with measurements on our product pages. For any queries, please write to us at email@example.com.
Once you have confirmed the order and we have accepted it, you cannot add any more products to your order. You will have to place a fresh order for the other products.
We here at The Odd Prani believe in offering our customers with complete transparency and empowering them with the right information. Hence, we show GST as a separate price component that is applicable in your cart.
